Following the meeting, a detailed recommendations report will be provided to you, so that you can take the remaining steps to stage your home, using my expertise and items that you already own.

CUSTOM STAGING
Staging is hard work. Beyond providing my recommendations, I would be happy to take on your staging project from start to finish! This may include painting, minor repairs or renovations, utilizing furniture and decor that you already own, or even sourcing and purchasing accessories and art to freshen up your home.

If you are interested in these services, schedule a consult, and we will create a customized plan for your home. A quote will be provided to you following the walk-through, and $100 of your consult fee will be applied to your staging quote.
